CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia women’s lacrosse team (9-8, 4-3 ACC) earned the No. 4 seed in the 2018 Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Lacrosse Championship, taking on No. 5 seed Notre Dame (9-8, 3-4 ACC) in the quarterfinals on Thursday, April 26 at 2 p.m. in Durham, N.C.

The tournament will be hosted by Duke and held in Durham, N.C., at Koskinen Stadium. All seven games will be broadcast on the ACC Regional Sports Network (RSN) and ACC Network Extra.

The winner of the Notre Dame/Virginia game will advance to the semifinals to take on either No. 1 Boston College or No. 8 Louisville at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 27. The winner of Friday’s semifinals games will advance to the championship on Sunday, April 29 at 1 p.m.

Virginia won the regular season meeting against Notre Dame 17-10 in South Bend, Ind., on March 17.

All session tickets are $20 and single session tickets are $8. Students and youth (18 and under) and current students of ACC schools (with college I.D.) can enter free.
