Greensboro, N.C. – Virginia junior Anna Redding (Concord, N.C.) and freshman Beth Lillie (Fullerton, Calif.) have been named to the 15-member 2018 All-Atlantic Coast Conference team as announced by the league office today (May 4).

Redding leads UVA in stroke average at 73.00. She was the team’s top finisher in five of the Cavaliers’ first six tournaments this season. She posted three top-10 finishes this season, topped by her performance at the Tar Heel Invitational where she placed sixth. She posted a career-best tournament score (-9, 207) at that event. Redding shot 5-under 67 at the season-opening Mason Rudolph Championship tourney that stands as the best 18-hole score of her career.

Lillie was one of four freshmen selected to the All-ACC squad. She was second on the team with a 73.19 stroke average. She took top honors at the Landfall Tradition tournament in the fall and was UVA’s top finisher at the ACC Championships, placing fifth overall.

The Cavaliers open NCAA regional competition Monday in Madison, Wisc.
