Hoos on the Move
Here are three stories about former Cavaliers, one with a new job, one trying for a new job and one with a “new” job he has had all spring.
First up, congratulations to #UVAFB alum LaRoy Reynolds, who was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday. Reynolds enters his sixth season in the NFL after spending the last two years with the Atlanta Falcons serving as a backup both at middle and outside linebacker. After starting 2017 on the Injured Reserve list, Reynolds played in nine games and accounted for 154 snaps on special teams. He is expected to bolster the Eagle’s special teams squad.
#UVABase alum Branden Cogswell retired from professional baseball last winter. This spring, he returned to UVA and to his old uniform, serving as an undergrad assistant coach. Check out this piece from CBS19 with all the details. UVA Today also wrote a story this week about Cogswell.
And finally, best of luck to former #UVAMBB standout Devon Hall who is showing off his skills at the NBA Draft combine.
