CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The No. 10 Virginia rowing team returns to action at the Longhorn Invite on Saturday (April 27) on Walter E. Long Lake in Austin, Texas.
 
The Cavaliers will have four crews (Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight, Varsity Four and Second Varsity Four) competing against seven teams in two sessions of four-lane racing on Saturday. Opening heats begin with the Second Varsity Fours at 9 a.m. ET. The finals begin with the Second Varsity Fours at 11:40 a.m. ET.
 
No. 4 Texas, No. 11 USC, No. 13 Iowa, No. 16 Indiana, No. 18 Oregon State, No. 20 Oklahoma and Notre Dame join Virginia in the eight-team field. Four conferences will be represented (ACC, Big Ten, Pac-12 and Big 12) at the regatta and five of the eight teams competed at the 2018 NCAA Championships last season.
