Photo Album: ITA Leadership Awards Weekend

Natasha Subhash and Cindy Brinker Simmons were honored on Saturday night (August 26) at the 2023 ITA Leadership Awards, held at the Yale Club in New York City. Subhash was presented with the NCAA I Arthur Ashe Leadership and Sportsmanship Award (as was originally announced in June) while Brinker Simmons was lauded with the David A. Benjamin Achievement Award.

On Sunday, Subhash and the other student-athletes who were taking part in the ITA Leadership Awards weekend volunteered at the Cary Leeds Tennis Center. Located in the poorest congressional district in the United States, the award-winners spent the day hitting with and mentoring many of the young teens coming up through the Cary Leeds developmental program.
