Virginia Hosts Wahoowa Invitational This Weekend
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia women’s tennis team hosts the Wahoowa Invitational tournament Friday through Sunday (Oct. 4-6) at the Virginia Tennis Facility at the Boar’s Head Resort.
The matches are scheduled to be played outdoors at the courts of the Virginia Tennis Facility.
Players from Virginia, James Madison, Princeton, Ole Miss, Kentucky and Auburn will be competing as individuals in singles and doubles matches.
There will be two waves of matches each day
- Friday: 11 a.m. & 3 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. & 1 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. & 12 p.m.
Virginia players will be in the second session all three days.
Results will be posted on VirginiaSports.com at the conclusion of play each day.
Fans are welcome to attend. Admission is free.
