• Ran for a second-place finish in the 800m at the Penn State National Open

• Competed at the 2023 Virginia Invitational hosted at Panorama Farms
• Placed 62nd at the 2023 ACC Cross Country Championships where Virginia finished third

• Named to 2022-23 ACC Honor Roll
• Won the 1500m at Raleigh Relays with a PB of 3:39.75
• Runner-up at Virginia Grand Prix running 1:48.12

• Ran the 1200 leg of the DMR in a school-record performance for the Cavaliers as they ran 9:23.71 at the Arkansas Qualifier
• Won silver in the 800 meters at the ACC Indoor Championships posting a personal-best time of 1:47.33
• Placed sixth in the mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships to earn All-American honors for the first time in his career

• Placed 26th at the Virginia Invitational (9/16/22)
• Finished 46th at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/23/22)
