CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia (3-6, 0-1 ACC) wrestling team hits the road this weekend for a pair of dual meets, beginning with No. 6 NC State (11-1, 1-0 ACC) on Friday night. The dual with the Wolfpack is set for 7:30 p.m. at Reynolds Coliseum.
Virginia will close out the weekend trip on Sunday at Old Dominion.

CAVALIERS IN THE RANKINGS
The Cavaliers have a pair of wrestlers in the national rankings heading into the weekend, according to InterMat Wrestling. Redshirt freshman Louie Hayes (Orland Park, Ill.) is ranked No. 16 at 125 pounds, while sophomore and returning All-American Jack Mueller (Dallas, Texas) is No. 6 at 133 pounds.

A LOOK AT NC STATE
The Wolfpack enter the weekend with an 11-1 record on the season are coming off an ACC-opening win over Duke last weekend. NC State defeated the Blue Devils 32-6 in that dual. The only loss of the season for NC State came at the hands of No. 3 Oklahoma State. The Wolfpack has not wrestled at home since a November dual against Old Dominion.
