Virginia/UMass Opener to Start at 2:30 p.m. on Friday

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Due to inclement weather in the forecast, the baseball game between Virginia and VMI has been moved to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28. The contest will air on ACCNX as originally scheduled.

Fans can also download the Virginia Sports app and turn on notifications to receive baseball specific news, scores, schedule updates and more directly to their mobile device.

TICKET INFORMATION

Original tickets for the VMI game are valid for the new date and time. Fans that cannot make Wednesday’s game because of the time change can contact the ticket office prior to 5 p.m. on Wednesday (Feb. 28) to exchange tickets for a future game. Ticket exchanges will not be provided after a rescheduled game has been completed.
