2024 Outdoor
• Finished fourth in the 5000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
• Won back-to-back ACC Outdoor Championship titles in the 1500m (4:11.04)
• Won the bronze medal in the 5000m (15:36.95) at the ACC Outdoor Championships
• Played. crucial role in Virginia’s 4x1500m relay and DMR at the Penn Relays as both relays set the program record
• Ran 4:11.41 over 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational 
• Returned to Raleigh Relays, taking down her own school record in the 5000m(15:18.21) by 18 seconds and winning the event
• Qualified for the US Olympic Team Trials in both the 1500m and 5000m, and will be competing the 1500m
• All-ACC Academic Team

2024 Indoor
• Finished the season with three school records, the mile(4:29.07), 3000m(8:57.53), and DMR
• Named to the All-ACC Academic team, majoring in Cognitive Science 
• Advanced to the finals in the mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships, going on to place fifth and earning All-American status 
• The DMR squad broke the women’s DMR record for the third- time this season, lowering it to 10:50.58
• Placed second in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championships, earning All-ACC honors for the third consecutive year and setting the Virginia school record
• Aided the cavaliers to silver in the DMR at the Eagle Elite invitational, setting the then-school record DMR time
• Raced for a new PB of 4:30.87 and second place in the mile at the Penn State National Open along with helping UVA to a first in the DMR
• Opened her season in the 3000 meters at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener running 9:08.68

2023 Cross Country
– Placed 51st at the 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships at Panorama Farms
– Named to the 2023 All-ACC Academic Cross Country team
– Named All-Southeast Region after a third-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships where the Cavaliers finished third as a team
– Earned All-ACC honors leading UVA across the finish line and placing fourth at the 2023 ACC Cross Country Championships
– Led UVA at the XC23 Pre-National placing fourth with a time of 19:55.6
– Placed third in her first race of the season clocking a personal-best 5k of 16:21.5 at the Virginia Invitational

• Named to 2022-23 ACC Honor Roll
• Finished third in the 1500m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, running 4:09.83
• Placed sixth at the NCAA East Preliminary Round to advance
• Won the ACC Outdoor Championships 1500m race with a time of 4:14.54
• Placed ninth at the ACC Outdoor Championships 5000m
• Ran a personal best of 15:36.28 in the 5000m at the Virginia Challenge, winning the event
• Won the 1500m at Raleigh Relays with a personal best of 4:08.96

2023 Indoor
• Placed fourth in the mile at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships to earn first-team All-American honors
• Anchored a school-record DMR performance for the Cavaliers as the team ran 10:55.94 to place fourth
• Broke the Virginia 3000m record at the ACC Championships running 9:04.17 to finish fourth
• Helped place second in the DMR at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Placed fourth in the DMR at the Penn State National Open
• Broke a then-Virginia record in the 3000 meters running 9:04.69 on the JDL Fast Track at the Camel City Invitational
• Ran a personal-best mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invite clocking 4:33.82 – a time that qualified her for the NCAA Championships
• Anchored the Virginia DMR Squad at the JDL DMR Invitational where the Hoos ran 11:02.00 – Converted to 10:54.99 which ranked 14th in the NCAA

2022 Cross Country
• Powered UVA to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships finishing in 55th place
• Placed 16th at the NCAA Southeast Regional to garner All-Region honors 
• Finished ninth at the ACC Championships to earn All-ACC cross country honors for the first time in her career
• Led the Cavaliers to a third-place team finish at the ACC Championships
• Placed second at the Virginia Invitational 5k helping the Cavaliers to a team victory
• Led the Cavaliers to a victory with a second-place finish at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown
• Finished third at the Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational with a personal-best 5k time of 16:31.7
• Won the Spider Alumni Open 4k with a time of 13:23.4

• Helped Virginia to a seventh-place finish in the DMR at the NCAA Indoor National Championships

• Finished fifth in the mile with a PB time of 4:37.46 at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Helped Virginia to a first place finish in the DMR (11:13.70) at the Hokie Invitational
• Ran 4:45.35 in a sixth-place mile finish at the Hokie Invitational

2021 Cross Country
• Ran a PB in the 6k at the Southeast Region Championships (20:57.4) where she was 26th
• Led Virginia at the ACC Championships (21:05.8) where she was 31st in the 6k
• Runner-up at XC23 Invitational (5k/17:13.8) which earned her ACC co-freshman of the week honors
• Was seventh at Virginia Invitational (5k/17:54.4)
• Ran 17:19.0 in 5k at Joe Piane Invitational


• Named the 2019 Rhode Island Gatorade State Cross Country Player of the Year and was a 2019 Footlocker Finalist
