CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia football is ranked No. 21 by Lindy’s College Football Annuals in the magazine’s preseason Top 25.

Additionally, the magazine predicts that the Cavaliers will finish fourth in the expanded ACC in 2004.

Junior tight end Heath Miller (Swords Creek, Va.) earned First Team All-America honors, while senior guard Elton Brown (Hampton, Va.) was a Second Team All-America honoree.
