Cavalier Sports Weekly, the 30-minute television show that chronicles UVA athletes and events, will return to the airwaves this Sunday, January 9 after a two-week break.
Sunday’s show will be hosted by men’s basketball player T.J. Bannister. This episode will feature the game stories from the Cavaliers’ matchups against Wake Forest, Western Kentucky, and Georgia Tech. The show will also feature an in-depth profile of senior center Elton Brown and highlights from the women’s basketball game at Wake Forest.
Cavalier Sports Weekly airs Sundays regionally on Comcast Sports Net at 12:30pm, locally on WVIR NBC 29 (Charlottesville) at 10am, WRLH Fox TV (Richmond) at 11:30am, and WSET ABC TV (Lynchburg/Roanoke/Danville) at Noon, and nationally on College Sports TV on Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
Cavalier Sports Weekly will air each Sunday through April 17.
