Virginia’s Andy Filachek won the IC4A 10000m run last night, coming in with a personal-best 29:56.83, beating the silver medalist by six seconds. Filachek’s time is the fastest by a Cavalier in 2005 and comes one month after he took sixth at the ACC Outdoor Championships. Teammates Andrew Dumm (30:33.59) and Dave Vitto (31:28.48) also represented the Cavaliers at the meet in Princeton, NJ.
