What is your most prized possession?
My computer. It’s the first thing I use in the morning and the last thing I use at night.

have played the cello for 11 years!

Elea the “Crockett Rocket”

What sport would you play if you didn’t play softball and why?
Gymnastics. I actually competed in it in junior high and high school but I was definitely more suited for softball.

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
Ivan Rodriguez. A great catcher and a great hitter is everything I aspired to be and I feel like he encompasses both pretty well.

If you could create your own major what would it be?
A website creation major. I’m a computer science minor but I would love to be able to be able to focus specifically on website programming languages. However, I still love to learn everything about computers.

What is your favorite restaurant?
California Pizza Kitchen

My favorite softball term is…
Pickle!

The one condiment I can’t live without…
I really could probably live without all condiments. If I have to have one I usually go for mustard.

What is your favorite hobby?
I would definitely consider eating one of my favorite hobbies. I eat a lot and I do it quickly.

My dream job would be…
playing softball at the highest level forever.

Ten years from now I hope to be…
I’d like to be in Seattle with the people I love, working in a computer related field, and coaching softball with my best friends for kids who love to play.

The best thing about playing college softball is?
Everything. I love hitting home runs, hitting in runs, throwing runners out, blocking balls, and winning games. I love working hard, pushing others to work hard, and seeing it pay off. The best thing about college is that it has given me 4 more years of waking up every morning with a goal and knowing that I get to play the game I love.

What do you want to buy with your first paycheck?
I’d like to buy my dad a guitar, take my mom shopping, and buy a snowboard so my brother and I can go snowboarding together.

What is your favorite UVa memory outside of softball?
I’ve enjoyed long late night conversations with my two phenomenal roommates. Another thing I will always cherish is the time I’ve spent with my best friend in this university through athletic events, attending plays, and playing our instruments in the productions put on by first year players.
