The No. 13 Virginia women’s rowing team travels to the Windermere Real Estate Rowing Classic in Redwood Shores, Calif., on April 14-15. Hosted by Stanford, the multi-school regatta will be Virginia’s toughest test yet this season.
Competition between No. 8 UCLA and No. 13 Virginia begins at 9:08 a.m. PT on Saturday, April 14 The teams are expected to race in the varsity eight, second varsity eight, and varsity four events. In the afternoon, UVa tackles No. 19 Washington in the varsity eight, beginning at 3:24 p.m. The crews will also compete in the second varsity eight, and varsity four events. Virginia’s novice eight will race against No. 5 California at 6:36 p.m.
On Sunday, April 15, Virginia will race against No. 14 Washington State in the varsity eight, second varsity eight, and varsity four events. All times are Pacific Time. A complete schedule of events is available at www.GoStanford.com.
