Charlottesville, VA – East Carolina women’s golfer Lene Krog has transferred to Virginia. She will be a junior for the Cavaliers during the 2007-08 season. While at ECU, she played for new Virginia coach Kim Lewellen.
“I’m excited to have Lene enroll at UVa and be a part of the Cavalier program,” Lewellen said. “She will be a great addition to our team, and it also allows her the opportunity to pursue her academic goals. She will be a great representative for a program that is young but has already established itself on a national level.”
