CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The No. 1-ranked Virginia baseball team’s game with James Madison has been moved to a 3 p.m. start time on Tuesday because of the threat of inclement weather later in the day. The game was originally scheduled to start at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Parking will be available in the University Hall and John Paul Jones Arena surface lots.

With Tuesday’s first pitch temperature forecast to be 45 degrees, hot chocolate and coffee will be free to all fans during the game. This is part of a season-long promotion conducted by the athletics department in which hot chocolate and coffee will be available to fans for free if the forecasted temperature at the start of the game is 45 degrees or below.

Tickets remain available at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office. Customers may purchase tickets by logging on to VirginiaSports.com, calling (800) 542-UVA1 or by visiting the ticket office in Bryant Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets will also be sold at the Davenport Field ticket windows beginning two hours prior to each home game.
