Kwiatkowski Falls in ITA All-American Semifinals

Oct. 5, 2014 TULSA, Okla. – Virginia sophomore Thai-Son Kwiatkowski (Charlotte, N.C.) had his run at the ITA All-American Championships come to an end with a semifinal loss Sunday at the University of Tulsa. Kwiatkowski fell in three sets to Sebastian Stiefelmeyer of Louisville, 6-1, 3-6, 6-1.

Kwiatkowski, who reached the main draw through qualifying, won seven matches over the past week to reach the semifinals.

The Cavaliers return to action when they host the ITA Atlantic Regional, Oct. 16-20, at the Snyder Tennis Center.
