Today is President Sullivan’s last day of leading the University of Virginia. On Monday, her second-to-last full day on the job, she made a stop by women’s basketball practice, watching the entire workout. Sullivan has been a huge fan and supporter of Virginia’s athletics programs, and the women’s basketball team took the opportunity to thank her for all of her support, both as a group (presenting her with an autographed basketball and framed jersey) and individually after practice had concluded. UVA Today shared this great piece on the president this morning, including Monday’s trip to John Paul Jones Arena.
