Hoos With Trophies
This actually happened last week but it is never too late to celebrate #HoosWithTrophies. Congratulations to former @UVAWomensSoccer standout Meghan McCool who made her professional debut this weekend when she came off the bench in the Washington Spirit’s match against Sky Blue FC. The former Virginia forward was named Player of the Match for her efforts by The Spirit Squadron, a support group of the club.

This one isn’t technically a trophy, just a graphic and some bragging rights, but congratulations nonetheless to former @UVAWomensHoops standout Jocelyn Willoughby who scored a career-best 21 points last night for the New York Liberty. Listen to what the Liberty’s head coach, Walter Hopkins, had to say about her performance here.
