No. 3 Cavaliers Host No. 2 Texas Sunday Morning

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – No. 3 Virginia hosts No. 2 Texas on Sunday (May 2) at Rivanna Reservoir at 8 a.m.

Virginia will have four crews (Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight, Varsity Four, and Second Varsity Four) competing against the Longhorns.

The Cavaliers swept multiple 1,500 meter races against Navy last Saturday at Rivanna Reservoir.

The regatta against Texas will serve as the Cavaliers’ final tune-up for the ACC Championships on Friday and Saturday, May 14 and 15 on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, S.C. UVA has won 10 consecutive ACC championships and 19 of 20 overall.
