CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia softball team (15-7) continues play on the road Tuesday with a single game at Maryland (8-13) at 6 p.m.

THE SERIES WITH THE TERPS

  • Virginia and Maryland have met 60 times with the Cavaliers leading the series 34-26.
  • The teams last met a year ago in the ACC/Big 10 Challenge with the Terrapins taking both of the neutral-site contests. Maryland won those games 2-1 and 6-4.
