CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Atlantic Coast Conference released the 2024-25 men’s basketball conference schedules on Tuesday (Sept. 24). Virginia will play 20 ACC regular-season games, including 10 contests at John Paul Jones Arena.

The 20-game schedule for 2024-25 features two games (home and away) against Virginia Tech, Louisville and SMU. The remaining 14 conference games consist of seven home-only opponents and seven away-only opponents.

As announced earlier this month, the top 15 teams in the final league standings will play in the 2025 ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament, played March 11-15 at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C.

ACC Home Schedule
The Cavaliers’ home ACC schedule includes contests against NC State (Dec. 31, Noon), Louisville (Jan. 4, 4 p.m.), SMU (Jan. 15, 9 p.m.), Boston College (Jan. 21, 7 p.m.), Notre Dame (Jan. 25, TBA), Virginia Tech (Feb. 1, 4 p.m.), Georgia Tech (Feb. 8, 5:30 p.m.), Duke (Feb. 17, 8 p.m.), Clemson (March 1, TBA) and Florida State (March 4, 9 p.m.).

ACC Road Schedule
Virginia’s road schedule consists of games at SMU (Dec. 7, 2:15 p.m.), California (Jan. 8, 11 p.m.), Stanford (Jan. 11, TBA), Louisville (Jan. 18, TBA), Miami (Jan. 29, 7 p.m.), Pittsburgh (Feb. 3, 7 p.m.), Virginia Tech (Feb. 15, 2 p.m.), North Carolina (Feb. 22, 4 p.m.), Wake Forest (Feb. 26, 9 p.m.) and Syracuse (March 8, 8 p.m.).

TV Exposure
Virginia will make 13 appearances on ESPN’s family of networks during the season, including games against Duke, North Carolina and Pittsburgh on ESPN. The Cavaliers have eight games on ACC Network and two contests each on CBS Sports Network and The CW.

Pepsi Blue-White Scrimmages
The Virginia men’s and women’s basketball Pepsi Blue-White Scrimmages will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena. Admission to the event and parking in surrounding JPJ lots are free to the public.

Season Tickets
Season tickets are sold out for the 2024-25 season. Fans may sign up for the 2025-26 season ticket waitlist. There is no cost to join. The waitlist ranking is based on Virginia Athletic Foundation priority point order.

Mini Plans
A variety of multi-game packages will be able available for fans to purchase. The four-game mini plan features the choice of Virginia Tech or Clemson, the choice of Memphis, Notre Dame, or Louisville, and the choice of two additional games. Additionally, the Fast Break Pass allows fans to secure seats for all Thanksgiving and Winter break games (Manhattan, Holy Cross, Memphis, American, NC State, and Louisville) with the ability to upgrade into lower-level student bleacher seats if available. Premium multi-game packages for the Landing will be available as well. Mini plans go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 1 to season ticket members and Virginia Athletic Foundation donors of $100 or more and the public on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 9 am.

Group Outings
Discounted group tickets will be available for all games excluding Duke for groups of 20 or more. Fans save 20 percent off the single-game price. Ticket prices vary based upon the seating area and opponent. Group tickets go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 1 to season ticket members and Virginia Athletic Foundation donors of $100 or more and the public on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 9 a.m.

Enjoy a game from the comfort of a semi-private space in the lower level of John Paul Jones Arena in the Landing spaces. The South Landing includes 16 tickets while the North Landing includes 12 tickets. Both of the Landing spaces have the ability to order catering and feature padded seats, four standing room only tickets, drink tables and a corner view of all the action on the court. Single-Game Tickets
Non-conference games excluding Memphis will go on sale Tuesday Oct. 15 to season ticket members and Virginia Athletic Foundation donors of $100 or more and the public on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 9 am. Please note, Memphis will only be available as part of a multi-game package. Games in January, February and March will go on sale later in the year. Tickets prices vary based upon the opponent and seating area.

Tickets can be purchased 24/7 on UVATix.com. Fans can also purchase tickets during normal business hours in-person at Bryant Hall inside Scott Stadium or by calling the ticket office at (434) 924-8821. The box office opens at John Paul Jones Arena for ticket purchases beginning 60 minutes prior to the event. Fans are encouraged to purchase in advance.
