Tara Sullivan returned to the University of Virginia Athletics Department in May 2026 as a Partnership Services Specialist with Virginia Sports Properties. Prior to her current role at UVA, she served as Manager of Event Operations at the University of Mississippi, where she oversaw game day operations, coordinated large-scale athletic events, and collaborated with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Before her time at Ole Miss, Tara worked with the University of Virginia Athletics Department as Assistant Director of Facilities and Game Operations.
A former student-athlete, Tara played soccer at Ole Miss while earning her bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration. She went on to complete a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of South Alabama and also earned a Certificate in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration during her time with Ole Miss Athletics.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Wallen and Morgan.
