The NCAA will announce its selections for the 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament on Sunday, March 14 at 6 pm ET. Different from previous years, all games will be played in Indiana, with the majority of the tournament’s 67 games taking place at various venues in Indianapolis. If selected to participate in the tournament, Virginia Athletics will receive a limited allotment for the games in which it participates. First/Second Round

(March 19-22, 2021)

Virginia Athletics Foundation donors and 2020-21 men’s basketball season ticket holders will be granted the opportunity to REQUEST 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament First/Second Round tickets beginning Sunday, March 14 at 9 p.m.

Requests for tickets will be accepted for the designated NCAA First/Second Round site online at UVATix.com from Sunday, March 14 at 9 p.m. until Monday, March 15 at 2 p.m., using each person’s registered online ticket account. Requests may also be made by calling (434) 924-8821 during regular business hours.

Requests will be filled based on VAF priority points for gifts through December 31, 2020. All 2020 VAF pledges must be paid in full to be eligible.

Please note NCAA ticket orders for the First and Second Round will only be filled should Virginia play in each round. Fans are not permitted to order First Round tickets without committing to Second Round tickets and vice versa. First Round tickets purchased through Virginia are only valid for the games in which Virginia plays.

Virginia Athletics reserves the right to implement ticket limits per donor account if the demand for tickets exceeds the supply.

All tickets will be distributed in a digital format to be displayed on a mobile device at the time of entry. Ticket delivery details will be sent to ticket holders in advance of the tournament event dates.


Regional Round

(March 27-30, 2021)

Virginia Athletics Foundation donors at the Orange & Blue Club level and above ($3,500+) will be granted the opportunity to REQUEST 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Regional Round tickets beginning Tuesday, March 16.

Requests for tickets will be accepted for the NCAA Regional online at UVATix.com from Tuesday, March 16 at noon until Tuesday, March 23 at noon, using each person’s registered online ticket account. The request period for the Regional Round begins early to enable fans to have as much time as possible to make plans and for the Athletics Ticket Office and VAF to service the needs of our fans. Requests may also be made by calling (434) 924-8821 during regular business hours.

Final Four

(April 3 & 5, 2021)

Virginia Athletics Foundation donors and 2020-21 men’s basketball season ticket holders will be granted the opportunity to REQUEST 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Final Four tickets beginning Tuesday, March 23.

Requests for tickets will be accepted for the NCAA Final Four online at UVATix.com from Tuesday, March 23 until Monday, March 29 at noon, using each person’s registered online ticket account. The request period for the Final Four begins early to enable fans to have as much time as possible to make plans and for the Athletics Ticket Office and VAF to service the needs of our fans. Requests may also be made by calling (434) 924-8821 during regular business hours.

Requests will be filled based on VAF priority points for gifts through December 31, 2020. All 2020 VAF pledges must be paid in full to be eligible.

All Final Four tickets are good for both Virginia’s national semifinal game and the national championship game, even if Virginia does not win its national semifinal game. Fans are not permitted to order semifinal tickets without ordering final tickets and vice versa.

All tickets will be distributed in a digital format to be displayed on a mobile device at the time of entry. Ticket delivery details will be sent to ticket holders in advance of the tournament event dates.

Donors and season ticket holders will be notified by e-mail as to the status of their request and pick-up procedures on the evening of Monday, March 29. If you do not receive an e-mail regarding the status of your request on March 30, please contact the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office.

Information on travel packages for the Final Four, if available, will be announced at a later date.
