BOSTON– The University of Virginia’s Raymond Weeden (Cleveland, OH/St.Ignatius) ran a personal best 4:05.05 to take fifth at the 2000 New BalanceGames held today at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, MA.
Weeden, a 1999 graduate of the University, was just four secondsoff the winning time.
In other action, Regina Jacobs set the American record for the1000-meter run and an all-star 4×800 relay team destroyed the world recordin that event.
