Virginia Finishes 13th In San Juan Shoot-Out

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The Virginia men’s golf team finished 13th out of 17 teams in the San Juan Shoot-out at the Rio Mar Country Club in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Georgia Tech won the tournament with a three-day total of 853. Virginia finished at 896.

Luke Donald of Northwestern fired a 68 in the final round to finish first with a total round of 207 (70-69-68). James Driscoll was Virginia’s top finisher with a three day total of 218 (75-69-74) to finish in a tie for 18th.
