Virginia Women's Soccer Players Selected to All-State Teams

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Virginia midfielder Lori Lindsey (Indianapolis, Ind./ Pike) and defender Kelly Worden (Spring, Texas/ Klein) were selected to the 2000 VaSID Division I All-State women’s soccer teams in a vote by Virginia college sports information directors. Third-year Lindsey made the first team, while second-year Worden was named to the second team.

Lindsey was also the ACC Player of the Year and has been chosen to the NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region First Team. Worden was a second-team All ACC selection and a third-team All-Mid-Atlantic Region choice.
