Virginia Men's Lacrosse Ranked Sixth in Lacrosse Magazine Poll

Charlottesville, Va. – The Virginia men’s lacrosse team is ranked sixth in the Lacrosse Magazine preseason Top 20 poll. The Cavaliers, who open their season at home on Feb. 24 against Drexel, face nine teams ranked in the preseason poll.
Two Cavaliers were named to the magazine’s preseason All-America team-attack Conor Gill and goalie Tillman Johnson. Defenseman Mark Koontz was recognized as a “Player to Watch.”
