Virginia Rained Out Against Virginia Tech, Cavaliers & Hokies Will Play Doubleheader On Saturday

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Cavaliers (17-6, 3-3 ACC) and the Virginia Tech Hokies (7-8, 1-6 ACC) were rained out on Friday night for a 7:00 PM scheduled Atlantic Coast Conference game at Virginia Tech’s English Field. The two teams sat idle during a two-hour rain delay for a contest that never got started before it was finally postponed due to rain and poor field conditions. The Cavaliers and Hokies will now play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 26th with the first game scheduled for 1:00 PM and the second contest slated to begin at 5:00 PM. Both games will be played at English Field.
