Charlottesville, Va. – The University of Virginia men’s lacrosse team hosts Albany in the first round of the NCAA Tournament this Saturday (May 14) at Klöckner Stadium. Faceoff is scheduled for 8 pm.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for youth 18-and-under, and students of the participating schools with student ID. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Bryant Hall ticket office or by calling the UVa ticket office at 1-800-542-8821 / UVA1. Tickets can also be purchase online at virginiasports.com. Tickets go on sale at Klöckner Stadium at 7 pm, one hour before faceoff. The UVa Ticket Office encourages all fans to purchase and pick up their tickets in advance to avoid long ticket sales and will call lines.
The Cavaliers are 9-3 this season and are the tournament’s fourth seed. Albany, champions of the America East conference, are 10-5 this spring.
The winner of this game faces the winner of the Delaware at Navy game in the quarterfinals at Johns Hopkins University on Saturday (May 21).
