CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The University of Virginia baseball team highlighted the 2005 Virginia SID University Division All-State Baseball Team, as chosen by the Virginia College Sports Information Directors (VaSID). UVa head baseball coach Brian O’Connor was named the 2005 VaSID Baseball Coach of the Year, while the Cavaliers’ Ryan Zimmerman was named the 2005 VaSID Baseball Player of the Year.
