Today’s Game: The Cavaliers look to snap a three-game winless streak Friday when they host St. Bonaventure.Virginia is 0-2-1 over the past three games after a loss to Tennessee and tie against Dayton at the Virginia Nike Soccer Classic last weekend. St. Bonaventure enters the game on a four game losing streak after losses to Cal State-Northridge and Northern Arizona last weekend.
The Series: This is the first all-time meeting between the Cavaliers and the Bonnies. St. Bonaventure is the second of two first time opponents on the Cavaliers’ schedule (Rhode Island). Virginia as won its last four games against first-time opponents, outscoring them 19-2 in those contests.
