CHARLOTTESVILLE – Virginia baseball season ticket holders can now pre-order all-session ticket books for a possible NCAA Baseball Regional tournament. Season ticket holders can place their order by calling the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 542-8821 or by logging on to their online account at virginiasports.com before the priority seating date of May 14. All-session ticket books for the NCAA Regionals will go on sale to the general public on May 16.
Regional all-session ticket books will be sold for $56 for reserved seating and $40 for general admission. Reserved parking passes in the lots surrounding University Hall and John Paul Jones Arena will also be available for advance purchase for $10. As a result of the success of the Virginia baseball team this season and in previous years, these games are expected to sell out. Season ticket holders are encouraged to take advantage of the pre-sale opportunity, as it is the only way to guarantee they will be able to attend all tournament games.
Seating will be based on Virginia Athletics Foundation Priority Points, followed by the date the order is received. In the event reserved tickets are unavailable at the time of seating, orders will be filled with general admission tickets unless otherwise noted. In addition, should Virginia not be selected to host a postseason tournament, the season ticket holders’ credit cards will not be charged.
All ticket books will be available for pick up at Bryant Hall beginning May 30. Tickets also will be available for pick up at the Davenport Field Will Call windows beginning two hours prior to the game.
All sections of the grandstand are considered reserved seating for the entire NCAA tournament. General admission seating is only located on the grassy hillside down the left-field line and in the outfield bleachers.
Because of NCAA seating requirements, season ticket holders cannot be guaranteed specific seats for the tournament. The Virginia Athletics Ticket Office will make every effort to place reserved season ticket holders as close as possible to their regular season seat location.
