CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – A limited number of all-session, reserved ticket books for the NCAA Charlottesville Baseball Regional will go on sale at 5 p.m. Wednesday online at www.virginiasports.com and also will be available through the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday. Fans may call 800-542-UVA1 (8821) or 434-924-UVA1 (8821) to order tickets or visit the ticket office in Bryant Hall. These books are $56 and became available after the visiting tournament schools did not use their full allotment.
General admission all-session ticket books remain on sale and are $40 and include admission to all games of the NCAA Regional tournament. General admission seating is on the left field hillside and in the bleachers beyond the left field fence. All seating in the grandstand is reserved.
The tournament begins with two games Friday. Virginia plays Lafayette at 4 p.m. and Rutgers meets Oregon State at 8 p.m. The losers of the Friday games play at 1 p.m. Saturday with the winners meeting at 6 p.m. Games also are scheduled for 1 and 6 p.m. Sunday. If a seventh game is needed, it will be played at 6 p.m. Monday.
All-tournament parking passes for the University Hall or John Paul Jones Arena lots are available in advance for $10 and can be purchased through the ticket office. Game-day parking is $5 per day.
Please note on Friday parking will be available in all lots beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, all lots will be open the entire day. If there is a game Monday, all lots will open at 1 p.m.
All regional ticket books will be available for pickup from Bryant Hall beginning Thursday and up until noon Friday. They will then be available at the Davenport Field ticket windows beginning two hours prior to the first game Friday.
All-tournament parking passes can be picked up at the ticket office until noon Friday. All unclaimed parking passes may be claimed at the will call window at the main entrance to Davenport Field.
