2007 Hoos Best Play of the Game Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older. Employees, directors, officers, agents and affiliates of the Washington and Southern Virginia Ford Dealers Advertising Fund, the University of Virginia, Virginia Sports Properties (Sponsors), employees of participating Ford dealerships, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, agents, affiliates and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. All entries become property of Washington and Southern Virginia Ford Dealers.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotional period begins Saturday, September 1, 2007 at 2:00PM Eastern Time (ET), and ends on December 1, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) (“Promotional Period”).

3. ENTRY
1. Online:
To register, simply complete the registration form following your selection of the Hoos Best Play of The Game on http://www.virginiasports.com within Gameday Central’, by filling out your full name, complete home address including zip code, cell telephone number with area code, date of birth, email address and any other required fields. The personal information you submit when you enter this Sweepstakes is collected by the Sponsor and may be shared with participating partners and will be subject to the individual privacy policies. The registration form must be completed in its entirety in order to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day.

4. PRIZE/ODDS
(1) One Grand Prize:
Two (2) tickets for the 2008 football game vs. Southern California at UVA (Charlottesville) and two (2) pre-game hospitality passes. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $150.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

5. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
All eligible entrants’ entries will be entered into the random drawing for the grand prize. On approximately December 7, 2007, the selected winner will be chosen by random drawing by a representative of JWT / UVA from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on approximately December 14, 2007. The selected winner will be required to respond (as directed) in a timely manner to the notification. Not doing so may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case; JWT / UVA may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. The winner of the grand prize will also be sent an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release. Unless restricted by law, each winner will be required to complete and return the release within the time period specified therein. The prize may be forfeited and, in such case, an alternate winner may randomly be selected among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on the release and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted and prize cannot be redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable. Winners agree to grant to Sponsor, Southern Virginia Ford Dealer Advertising Fund, Washing Ford Dealer Advertising Fund, the University of Virginia, Virginia Sports Properties and its Member dealerships, its licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and assigns (and confirm that grant in writing), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional authorization, compensation, remuneration, consideration, and without review, notification or approval.

6. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any part of the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in accordance with the selection processes described above. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision

7. RELEASE
By receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Washington and Southern Virginia Ford Dealers Advertising Funds, and Ford Motor Company and / or the University of Virginia, Virginia Sports Properties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

9. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (1): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the America Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Virginia, U.S.A., without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State.

10. WINNERS LIST
For names of winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by 12/15/07 to: UVA Play of The Game Sweepstakes – Winners List, Attention: JWT 175 W. Ostend St, Suite A-2, Baltimore, MD 21201. For Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked “OFFICIAL RULES” for receipt by 12/15/07.
