CHARLOTTESVILLETickets for the Virginia men’s and women’s basketball teams’ exhibition basketball games next month are currently on sale.
The women’s team has an exhibition game scheduled with DT3 on Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. in the John Paul Jones Arena. Tickets are $6 for reserved seats. General admission tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for youth, seniors and UVa faculty/staff.
The men’s team is scheduled to play Shepherd University (W.Va.) in an exhibition game on Nov. 9. The game is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. in the JPJA and tickets are $10 each.
Men’s and women’s basketball season ticket holders are reminded that the exhibition games are not part of their season ticket packages.
Season tickets remain on sale for both the men’s and women’s 2008-09 home schedules.
Season tickets and tickets for the exhibition games may be purchased on line at VirginiaSports.com or by calling the UVa athletics ticket office at 1-800-542-8821 or 434-924-8821. Fans can also order in person at the athletics ticket office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
