CHARLOTTESVILLE — Virginia alumnus Treat Huey (Class of 2008) became the first Cavalier to crack the top 50 of the ATP rankings, moving up to a career-high No. 47 in this week’s world doubles rankings.

Last week Huey teamed with former LSU standout Ken Skupski to reach the semifinals of the Open Sud de France, an ATP 250 event in Montpellier, France. This week Huey will compete for the Philippines in the Davis Cup as they host Pacific Oceania in the first round of Group II in the Asia/Oceania Group.

Also in action this week is Dominic Inglot at the Dallas Challenger and Michael Shabaz at the Guatemala Futures.
