ARMY POST-GAME NOTES
• Army made its sixth NCAA Tournament appearance and now has a 3-12 all-time record in NCAA postseason games • The Black Knights went 0-2 in the Charlottesville Regional for the second straight year
• Patrick Mescher’s single in the 1st inning extended his hitting streak to a season-long nine games
• Harold Earls’ double in the 6th inning was his ninth of the season, tying the team lead
• Mark McCants (two hits) had his 11th multi-hit game of the season
• Starting pitcher Alex Robinett allowed five runs in 1.2 innings, more runs than he allowed in any of his previous seven starts
• Robinett’s 1.2 innings marked his shortest outing of the season
