• Won the Maryland 4A State Championship as a senior
• Member of the U.S. Junior National Track and Field team for the Pan Am Junior Championships

• Captured four Maryland 4A West Regional Cross Country Championships
• Led high school team to four-consecutive Maryland 4A State Cross Country Championships, finishing as a top four individual finisher all four years of competition
• Three-time MVP of high school cross country team
• Finalist at the Foot Locker Cross Country National championships with a 21st-place finish
• Qualified for New Balance Indoor National Championships as a junior and New Balance Outdoor National Championships as a sophomore and junior
• Qualified as a sophomore and junior for the USATF Junior Outdoor National Championships
• Indoor and outdoor state champion in the 3200m run and runner up in the outdoor 1600m run as a junior
• Three-time Maryland 4A West Regional Champion in the 3200m run and two time champion in the 1600m
• Montgomery county champion and West Regional champion in the 1600m and 3200m junior year
