UVA Honored by GCAA for Academic Excellence

Charlottesville, Va. – The Virginia men’s golf team has been honored by the Golf Coaches Association of America with its All-Academic Team distinction. The Cavaliers received the honor based on having a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2017-18 academic year.
 
UVA had two of its golfers – Danny Walker and Thomas Walsh – named to the All-ACC Academic Team this year and seven members of the squad received ACC Honor Roll honors this season.
