A great deal is asked of Ryan but he does not back down from taking on more responsibilities. Aside from playing on both ends of the field and being a member of our man-down unit, Ryan is serving as a captain this year and thus far he has found a healthy balance of leading both by example and with his words despite being a year younger than some teammates.”
