Happy Birthday to former #UVAMTEN player Alexander Ritschard. The Hoo celebrated the day by winning the singles title at the ITF World Tennis Tour event in Calabasas, California, fighting back from down 5-2 in the final set and saving three match points before taking down the tournament’s No. 2 seed.

Former #UVAMBB standout and current Atlanta Hawk Justin Anderson had a friendly wager with his rookie teammate Trae Young, a former standout from Oklahoma, when their alma maters met in the #NCAAMBB second round.

Congratulations to #UVASD sophomore Paige Madden who has been named Ultra Swim Swimmer of the Month by SwimSwam. Madden recorded 35 points for the Cavaliers at the NCAA Championships, including a second-place finish at the national meet in the 500 free.
