CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia men’s and women’s basketball Pepsi Blue-White Scrimmages on Saturday, Oct. 15 will include a Meet the Teams event following the men’s scrimmage.

This year’s Pepsi Blue-White Scrimmages format will feature the women’s team, under new head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton, beginning at 1:30 p.m. with a scrimmage against its men’s practice players. The men’s program will hold its annual intrasquad scrimmage starting at approximately 2:15 p.m.

The annual Meet the Teams Day will be held approximately 15 minutes after the conclusion of the men’s scrimmage. Admission and parking for the events are free. Seating is general admission and first come, first serve. Gates at John Paul Jones Arena will open at 12:30 p.m.

Meet the Teams
The Meet the Teams event for UVA men’s and women’s basketball will be held on the JPJ concourse following the men’s scrimmage. Fans will have an opportunity to meet student-athletes and receive autographs for 30 minutes following the scrimmage. Upon entry to John Paul Jones Arena, fans can pick up schedule posters and register for raffle prizes, including single-game men’s and women’s basketball tickets.

Men’s Basketball Ticket Information
Single-game ticket sales will go on sale to the public Wednesday, Oct. 12 for all November & December home games. Donors and season ticket members will have the ability to purchase tickets for these games beginning Monday Oct. 10. The remainder of home games will go on sale during the season subject to availability.

A three-game mini plan and group ticket packages go on sale Wednesday, Oct. 12. These new offerings are available for games when students are on break. Details and ticket prices can be found on UVATix.com.

Men’s basketball season tickets are sold out for 2022-23 season. Fans can sign up for the waitlist to be considered for the 2023-24 Virginia men’s basketball season.

Women’s Basketball Ticket Information
Season tickets for 2022-23 Virginia women’s basketball home games are still available for purchase. Reserved season tickets are $75 each and general admission seats are $50 each. Faculty and staff receive a discount of 20 percent on up to four (4) season tickets.

Single-game tickets will go on sale on Oct. 12 for all home games. Donors and season ticket members will have the ability to purchase tickets beginning Monday, Oct. 10. Please note the exhibition game on Thursday, Nov. 3 is free for all fans and does not require a ticket.
