TOLEDO, Ohio – Amanda Sambach played her final 27 holes bogey free to claim medalist honors at the Glass City Invitational held at Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio. The reigning ACC Champion, it was Sambach’s fourth career win.

After shooting 72 during Monday morning’s opening round, Sambach made her climb up the leaderboard during the second round before play was suspended Monday evening due to darkness. When she returned to the course Tuesday morning, she posted back-to-back birdies on holes 16 and 17 and completed her round at 4-under 68. She matched that score during the final round to coast to a four-shot victory.
