Two Cavaliers Competing at the ITF M15 in Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.– Virginia men’s tennis sophomores Jangjun Kim and Keegan Rice are playing in the main draw of the ITF World Tennis Tour M15 Tournament in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Rice came up through the qualifying draw, topping Aditya Vyas 6-2, 6-2 and Alexis Gurmendi 6-1, 6-3 to earn a spot in the main draw. He will face fellow qualifier Viktor Markov in the first round.

Kim began play on Tuesday in the main draw, taking on the 8-seed Shunsuke Mitsui. Kim was edged 5-7, 6-4, 6-4.
