After downing two top-25 ranked opponents over the weekend, Dietrich was named ACC Player of the Week for the third time this season.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia junior Dylan Dietrich has been named the ACC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday (March 24).

ITA singles No. 2 Dietrich earned two wins against top-25 ranked opponents over the weekend. He recovered from a dropped first set to defeat No. 21 NC State's Martin Borisiouk, who is ranked No. 17, in the Cavaliers' 4-1 win on Friday. In Virginia's Sunday matchup at No. 4 Wake Forest, Dietrich won in straight sets against No. 21 DK Suresh Ekambaram.

This is Dietrich's third time being named the ACC Player of the Week this season and fifth time in his career.
