CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — The No. 22 Virginia women's lacrosse team (6-7, 4-3 ACC) hosts No. 2 North Carolina (10-1, 7-0 ACC) on Friday, April 3 at 4 p.m. at Klöckner Stadium in Charlottesville, Va.
FAN INFORMATION
- Admission is free for all regular-season home games at Klöckner Stadium
- Free bucket hats will be given out to the first fans through the gate
- There will be a post-game autograph session on the field after the contest
- This is Heroes Appreciation Day, with first-responders and retired and active duty military personnel being honored at the game
- The game will be broadcast on the ACC Network

GAME NOTES
- Sophomore attacker Fiona Allen scored a career-high five goals in last Saturday's game at Louisville
- Allen scored three of those goals in the first four minutes of the fourth quarter, erasing a then three-point deficit. She scored the game-winner with 5:23 remaining in the contest, her fourth straight goal and fifth overall
- Allen had scored a total of eight goals this season prior to that game
- Junior midfielder Kate Galica comes into the game with 99 draw controls on the season, which ranks fourth in program history for draw controls in a singles season. She is 22nd in the nation in draws per game (7.62)
- Virginia is in a three-way tie for sixth place in the ACC standings with Notre Dame and Clemson
ON THE HORIZON
- Virginia plays its final regular-season home game on Saturday, April 11, when it hosts No. 13 Boston College at 1 p.m.
- The BC game will be the Cavaliers' Senior Day celebration as we honor 10 fourth and fifth years in a pregame ceremony
