2024 – Shrine Bowl 1,000 preseason watchlist. 2023–Named to the ACC All-Academic Team … one of five Cavaliers featured on the 2024 Senior Bowl Watch List … named to the 2023-24 ACC Honor Roll. 2022 – Recipient of UVA’s H.E.A.R.T. Award and the Strength and Conditioning Dedication Award at the program’s annual awards banquet.

AT VIRGINIA
2024 – Upped his career sack total to 2.5 with a sack against Maryland (9/14) … made his 25th consecutive start at Wake Forest (9/7). 2023 – Started all 12 games on the Cavalier defensive line… recorded his first career solo sack in upset win over then-No.10 North Carolina (10/21) … voted as one of five team captains at the conclusion of the season. 2022 – Started all 10 games on the Cavalier defensive line … credited with 29 tackles (9 solo) … had a season-high six tackles and recorded a tackle for loss at Syracuse (9/23) … registered four tackles and recovered a fumble at Illinois (9/10) … served as a game captain for North Carolina game (11/10) … named to 2022-23 ACC Honor Roll. 2021 – Appeared in all 12 of UVA’s games and started in 10… made 23 tackles on the season… made two tackles against William & Mary, Miami, and Pitt… made four tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss against Georgia Tech… made five tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss against Wake Forest… made a tackle against Virginia Tech … named to 2021 ACC Academic Honor Roll. 2020 – Appeared  in nine of UVA’s 10 games… one of 12 UVA true freshmen to appear in a game… made collegiate debut against Duke where he finished with two tackles, including his first career sack that he shared with OLB Noah Taylor… made one stop at No. 1 Clemson… made two tackles against NC State… made one stop at Wake Forest… recorded four tackles at No. 11 Miami… notched four stops at Virginia Tech.

HIGH SHOOL AND PERSONAL
Played defensive tackle at Archbishop Spalding for head coach Kyle Schmitt… three-time first-team all-county honoree for Archbishop Spalding… two-time All-MIAA honoree… made 22 tackles and 4.0 sacks at nose tackle in 2019… made 30 tackles as junior… won the 2019 Al Laramore Trophy as the No. 1 lineman in Anne Arundel County… a three-star recruit by ESPN.com Rivals.com and 247sports.com… Graduate Student in the School of Education… recipient of the 2022-2023 John Eric Dahlgren Endowed Football Scholarship.
