2025 – “Not many fit into both of these categories: a transfer and a walk-on. But John has made the transition, earned a spot and proven himself to be a competitive faceoff specialist in our Fall training. The scraps at the faceoff X are more intense, and each draw is more difficult to win because of John’s tenacity and counter moves. He is a battler, bringing a workmanlike approach to the practice field and Football Operations Center weight room.”
